What this site collects. Only what you type into the two forms. If you join the email list: your email address and, if you give it, your name. If you ask a question: the question, and your name and email if you give them. The site does not use cookies, advertising or analytics trackers.
Why. Email addresses are used to send occasional emails from Cleaverlution, only to people who ticked the box to ask for them. Questions are read privately and may be answered in a later entry or by email. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Where it is kept. On Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Emails are sent through a mail service (Resend), which receives the address only in order to deliver the message.
How long. Until you ask for it to be removed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that deletes your address immediately.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what is held about you at any time. Use the question form on the homepage and say what you need; include the email address you used.
